Oversee and manage, construction financial administration and accounting staff design proposal add/remove services, purchase order changes on major equipment and furniture, contract changes to general construction contracts, construction manager at risk contracts, and design-build contracts to ensure that any changes are compliant with the contract or purchase request, before submitting them for approval. ![]() Oversee and manage the issuance of contact documentation and purchase orders after resolving all contract terms and conditions.Collaborate broadly with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate review, approvals, transactions, and documentation to support compliance and due diligence while developing and standardizing business processes.Work with Office of General Counsel, CPDC, and other involved areas to identify and incorporate appropriate levels of commercial protection and conduct negotiations to achieve the optimal business results for the University.Partner closely with CPDC in the development of supplier award selection scenarios and recommendations for evaluation considerations and decision-making.Responsible to oversee and drive negotiations through contract award for services and materials listed above.Lead team members in and actively executing sourcing new suppliers, and strategic supplier management.Develop and execute strategies that are aimed at capturing value and driving savings results.Leadership, to enable successful Sourcing partnership with the key stakeholders.
